My opinion on Moore: even if they own a ton of stock and are dumping it for unrelated internal struggles, I would not consider that an issue for Jetform or shareholders.

There is a historical relationship between the two - Moore early on involved themselves in selling Jetform solutions. My opinion =- the reality of selling these types of solutions goes far beyond what I would expect a company like Moore to step up to. If they lessen their interest in Jetform, either at the stock level or selling product, its a non event in my mind. Others will pick up the slack.

Jetform needs to focus on getting the word out because they, in some geographies, are relatively unknown. They also face increasing competition in the eforms market from new players and large ones such as Adobe. The company appears to be positioning themselves as a soup to nuts enterprise provider of forms, workflow and output management solutions and that's not a bad story - just needs to be told more.
