I am sure the folks at Midland are pretty pissed about what Fisher tried to do. However, isn't the "Stop" action where their involvment begins and ends?

Seems to me like the ones Fisher needs to be worried about are the Feds and the brokers who are holding the "crap" he tried to pawn off as tradeable shares.

With the exception of possibly having to defend their action in a court of law, (not likely since Fisher has to actually reappear to challange the stop action, at which point he would be arrested and sent to the pokey) isn't Midland's involvement with Fisher for all practical purposes over?

Maybe it is just time to count our lucky stars that this was noticed and stopped in time, and get back to the business at hand...DF-144, its production, and the revenues.

Just a thought...
