These threads have virtually no impact on stock prices.

You're kidding yourself if you think otherwise. I learned this lesson the hard way with IOM. Threads are predominately populated by stock owners, and if you weren't positive on the stock, you wouldn't own it! SI IOM thread was considered one of the "best" threads by Jill (of SI) herself - full of knowledgeable posters, etc. And in addition to a thread on Yahoo, there is a HUGE thread on Motley Fool for IOM (that was full of glowing forecasts). The stock is a gutterball. Individual investors don't own enough shares for it to matter. I buy a few thousand shares, some mutual fund sells 10 million shares. 10 million divided by 3000=3333 individual investors.... for EACH institutional investor. Game over. NO amount of argument will convince me otherwise.

YOU used the word wimp, not I. What I'm saying is that if she attempts to skirt issues/questions, I won't be run off course. I'll keep plugging until she either gives an answer, says she doesn't know, or refuses to answer my question (as it was posed). These derailments into 2nd shifts for Mercury and October road shows won't fly. They should of had this road show in October of LAST YEAR!

Who are these guys?:
