Here is the 10-Q for the second and third and fourth quarters:

Revenues -0-

Sales and General Administrative Expenses.....huge

Net earnings...a lot less than zero

Earnings per share...Who cares?

I have just done in two minutes what the new auditors can't seem to do. Are y'all listening?
