Hi Uncle Frank, Thanks for your comments. Your insights are appreciated. However the takeover talk is circulating among more than just "wishful thinking investors". And I think that Jim Barksdale has fully disclosed his purchase plans a while ago along with recently making a statement that the stock price is a very good buy. I am not a legal expert, but because he's been totally upfront with shareholders, I can't see him being prosecuted. Perhaps someone can correct me if I err here. I don't have a position in NSCP, but have been seriously thinking about it. Watch the volume, watch the price... they will tell the tale. Best wishes with NSCP. Perhaps I'll join you soon!
