People keep saying that NSCP cannot be bought out now because JB's inside buy would become inside buying and he is too smart for that. But since it is his fiduciary responsibility to attain the highest value for his stockholders, wouldn't denying them the right to sell to a sudden high-priced takeover be just as illegal? Somebody help me out here...
