In response to your second part about Ruttan. What I mean here is that the ore grades are similar. Ruttan has been operating for 20 years or so.

In response to your first part. Tailings disposal facilities these days are largely subaqueous. Acid is only created when the sulphide bearing material comes in contact with air. Engineered covers and a good lime plant at the discharge for pH adjustment suffice.

Elizabeth, everything in this world is either grown or mined. Name me something that isn't. The chair you are sitting in right now originated from a forest or mine or both. So we are just haggling about where it is going to come from aren't we?
