It could be ULBI, Ron. However I think it might be the insider who filed on 5-29 to sell some shares. I think it was one of the officers of MAI who is selling shares obtained when IMG acquired MAI. With not much buying interest, any selling at all will drive the price down. I think IMG owns around 1 million shares of ULBI.
