DFLX repoted a loss of $4,145,000 for the 9/30/96 Quarter. However, there was a $6.2 million charge on disposition of assets. This would suggest a profit of $1,055,000 excluding the charge or $.25 for the quarter. There must be more to this story because the stock did not respond in a positive way. Any insight on this company?
