He will have to substantiate his assertion with verifiable sources to get my attention. In the meantime, the following is why it is unlikely that dumping is occurring:

1. Small bid/ask sizes

2. Wide spread

3. Impressive movement on relatively light buying pressure.

These are indicative of a very small float-- not one that is being diluted.
