The only installation of a video teleconferencing system which I am aware was done by SEXI-other than one at SAIC and at LOC,was one putinto the BOCES school in up state New York. However this was not a standard SEXI system. Instead it was a system from Video Lan in Lexington Kentucky which operates over Category 5 wire. That is LAN cable which Is very expensive to run in a building that already has been built. This partially explains why telephone companies are willing to bring their broad band transmission service to the wall of a school, library or other public facility. That part is easy as compared to string LAN cable behind the walls when so required. This is a major feature of the analog over twisted wire telephone wire. Unlike LAN Cable it is already present inside the walls having been installed during building construction in anticipation of future demand.
