FYI From the Tahoo thread posted by Monte8 I just spoke to Susan Lorigan of SNRS Investor Relations. Her comments to me were: (1) everything is still on track for NASDAQ. They did come back with some additional request about 3 weeks ago, but nothing outside the realm of "standard operating procedure." SNRS was able to satisfy all requests without any problem. (2) Product development remains on track. (3) There have been some sales in western Europe but this is considered "nice but not the SNRS focus."
