James, you are completely right about IBM using S3 in their 300PL line. However, this is perhaps 20% (very wild and optimistic estimate) of the business PCs that they are selling. HP is 80% ATI now, used to be 90% S3 only half a year or so ago. Likewise, Compaq has gone from S3-dominated to 100% ATI. The good thing about it is that at least one major OEM is still an S3 customer going forward, but in terms of actual revenues it is of very limited significance.
