all you want is for the timid to sell their shares, which helps break the possibility of the success of this stock.

The timid selling their shares has nothing to do with the success of the stock. If it is destined to soar, it will whether people sell now or not. It will have everything to do with the fundamentals of the company if and when they ever release them.

Nor do you exlain how folks who bought in at a low share price and who know a Zulu audit is in the mill for public release and that the ESVS/Zulu merger and consequent Nasdaq listing is in the bag, would suddenly sell at these astronomically low prices.

IMO, there's likely people selling who bought in the 10-30 cent range are taking a profit while they can (not to say this is the only opportunity). The stock has held steady for a while above 40 cents and has slid for one reason or another over the last couple of days. The slide likely has triggered many of those taking a "wait and see" attitude to sell while their current profit exists. Many of those may return to the game on the next upward swing, or after there is more information about ZULU available.

As for everything being "in the bag", it isn't. There's been no announcement of the merger, only releases alluding to such being in the works. The show ain't over 'til the fat lady sings, or in this case, until we see SEC filings.
