Somebody explain to an inexperienced OTC investor what exactly this means and
will when the be covered and what happens when the price goes up and why can
THEY keep the price down???

1) The mm's shorted the stock. That means that they borrowed shares at say $1 and sold them hoping(yeah right) the stock would go down so they could now buy them at say 50 cents, they just doubled their $$

2)When they are covered they take their foot of our neck and let the stock run like ir should.

3)Because they have a lot more $$$$ than me and you. They sell between each other to artificially lower the price.
