Unfounded statements made by an Internet publication named The Stock Detective have hurt many of you. On a
regular basis this publication publishes its OPINION about various stocks traded on the NASDASQ BB system. A
system and listing that is a place of incubation for many companies that do not have the wherewithal to be formally
listed on a major exchange.

Unfortunately, this system leads to abuses, both by the listed companies and by the markets themselves. Add to this
the component of US regulations not permitting US brokerages to short these BB issues and Canadian brokerages
the ability to do so, and you have a volatile situation.

It now appears that the parent of The Stock Detective, AXXESS Inc. Symbol, AXXS, 201 Park Place, Suite 321,
Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, (407) 834-4443 is one such BB issue. It does not report any numbers, is not
formally listed on any of the major exchanges. Only on the BB, pink sheets if you will the same place that The Stock
Detective focus's its attention, looking for "scams."

Furthermore, it appears that The Stock Detective was itself the target of a shorting campaign last December to drive
its price down severely. businessweek.com
Now what has all this to do with the price of rice you might say?

Rumor has it, only rumor mind you, that The Stock Detective, or certain people associated with The Stock Detective
and/ or its principals, are now working in concert with a certain Canadian brokerage firm, and is taking very large
short positions in various US BB issues. Then, when the timing is appropriate, The Stock Detective publishes their
negative and usually unsubstantiated "expose" (death by innuendo,) to accomplish the obvious. It would appear, if
this rumor were proven factual, that The Stock Detective has found a way to get even with the shorter's that did
them in last December.

Furthermore, if these rumors can be proven, it would appear that The Stock Detective may have to face formal
charges from the SEC on behalf of stateside investors in other BB listed securities.

Has your stock price ever been affected by the opinions of The Stock Detective?
