I suspect that was the high - unless Dominion Securities (DS) starts to buy like they pretend they want too. They keep putting in these 50K + 100K bids only to see the stock move up on no volume. If ITG wanted DS to have the stock - I'll bet that they could arrange it somehow. Looks more like they wanted to show some enthusiam w/o having to put up the $$. Should be news in a week or two regarding whatever it is that the vse keeps looking at.
