Michelle,

Yesterday I posted message #746 on this board to Jay Rommell but I was also hoping for a response from you. Everyone keeps affirming that SCM software has a lock on the future but is their a reasonable probability that the large players who are partners of RosettaNet will forge a broader international highway on which to deal their products? The SCM companies have pioneered these concepts of corp. efficiencies through SCM but could RosettaNet be ultimately a broader more accessible path for corporations to reach the same goal that is presently provided by SCM software?

I have taken a long position in Manu. Based on the understanding that SCM software is extremely complicated and specialized. It would appear to me that Software Giants may partner with SCM companies for now but in the long term they will develop a broader platform from which corporate clients may plug in their software products custom to a corporation's needs. Is RosttaNet part of this evolution? Why are none of the SCM companies partners in RosettaNet? And why are none of the software giants ( Microsoft, Oracle, SAP) who are RosettaNet partners making a move on Manu at these prices?

I would appreciate your opinion on this long view.

Thanks,

Willie C.
