Hi Wee, Conac News Release Software to simplify project estimating for construction managers Conac Software Corp COT Shares issued 4,597,476 Jun 9 close $0.84 Wed 10 Jun 98 News Release Also Ditek Software Corp (DITK) Ms. Jacqueline Michael reports Conac Software has entered into an agreement with Ditek Software under which Conac will integrate Ditek's flagship DynaCADD software into its construction project estimating system. ConacCADD is professional computer aided design and drafting software for PCs and workstations. For the construction industry this means projects managers can move seamlessly through the bidding process on one system: with ConacCADD integrated into Conac systems, they can create a project design, which can then be used as the basis of their bid or estimate and, if they win the job, they can use the system to compare actual costs against the budget throughout the course of the project. Conac's construction database estimating software, integrated with ConacCADD, will be available by June 1998 and will be sold with Conac TrackPoint Estimating at a starting price of $3,000 for the two system.
