Koski, Perkins Coie, Frederick Stevens et al et ux and Rule 10b-5. check out TMSR insider trading at insidertrader.com ...it appears Koski sold stock in March (at ~$12/share?) and decided to leave the Company...and not formally [Rule 10b-5] disclosed...this company is simply out of control...and there simply needs to be a forensic accounting of fy '97, Q1 '98 in addition to all legal recourse pursued in throwing out this management team and classified Board of Directors, in our opinion, and as shareholders...so who is the Chief Financial Officer of (NASDAQ:TMSR)? ...no insider buying...predominantly all Form 4 SELLS and 144 fiat money dumping...
