"Guessing but: Could be that due to ARET not having the facility to electronic filing and that the filing then is done via the auditors who then delayed."

I'm confused by this though, "ARET announced today that it has filed form 10-QSB, the quarterly report under section 13 or 15 (d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934". I have to assume that filing means sent to the SEC not handed to the auditors; having it in the auditors hands does not constitute filing, IMO. But maybe I don't understand the jargon.

My question, "why the delay?", was based on the assumption that the SEC actually had the 10-QSB in their hands. I understand the delay if it has only reached the auditors.
