Take a step back and look at the whole picture.

What did Jack say the merger with WOTD would allow CVIA to do?

From the May 11 release:

"Management's actions, including the recently proposed 300-1 reverse split and the recent private placement financing were deemed necessary to make CVIA sufficiently attractive for a new business opportunity."

"Management is very excited about the prospects for success of the WOTD acquisition. The reception to consolidation in the distribution segments of the petroleum and tire industries is extremely encouraging."

April 16:

"Western Oil and Tire Distributors, Inc. is a consolidation corporation created for the purpose of acquiring retail tire stores and wholesale oil and fuel distributorships."

The question is: Who in their right mind would want to be 'acquired' by WOTD/CVIA? With all the latest information being discovered, I for one would not want these bozos running my company.

The more sobering thought is, how did we get suckered into buying into this company? :-(
