To the thread
This 13-D shareholder knows of absolutely no reason to sell his stock.
FWIW, I've been an investor in the company for 3 years. I meet with
management on a regular basis and make it a point of doing my best
to stay informed. In my opinion we have a great team of highly
motivated, exceptionally capable people working for us. I have
great expectations of them and their ability to push VRD out into
the world, in many different products and markets. As I have
watched the pace of development, particularly over the last year,
I can only say I have every reason to believe my expectations
will be justified. That doesn't mean it will be an easy ride, but
patience will be paid. Maybe very, very well. The real value of
the company is increasing daily. My bet stays on the table.

As to selling in the last 2 days, it may be related to stories in
sunday's NYT and today's WSJ about Schonberg and the
Dreyfus position. The shorts have targeted some of his holdings
and his last filing showed 380k shs left. I don't believe he has
much at this point, but the shorts may be going after a number
of stocks on his list. And our chart pattern looked weak after
his huge liquidation so we take the hit. That and a few giving
up.
