DECLARING A CASH DIVIDEND WILL NOT CAUSE ANY SHORT TO COVER!!!

When a dividend is declared the stock price is automatically reduced by the amount of the dividend on ex-dividend date. Ie. If the stock is trading at $1.50 at the close before ex-dividend. And the Company declares a $.20 dividend, the stock price is AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTED TO $1.30. This is true whether it is IBM or TGSK. If anybody has Colin's ear, make sure he knows that.
