I was going to write a long post after viewing the News Release today. It seems as though Mr. Fisher has done more damage to this stock than any other source. Issuing shares without proper authorization is a serious matter not to mention the possibility of misappropriating funds. I was in contact with Mr. Spriggs this morning and he is aggressively pursuing this matter in regards to Mr. Fisher as well as his affiliates. You may have noticed that the seesaw of this stock is somewhat changing. I think one will think twice about screwing with this stock for I am sure many eyes are focused on it right now as well as many finding themselves in hot water after the actions taken by Mr. Spriggs ( Arconenergy). What the Company needs to do is make a formal announcement of shares that have been issued. We need numbers from the Company on the totals in regards to warrants, preferred A, B and common stock and the amount they intend to get back from Mr. Fisher and his affiliates.

As far as the Company is concerned as an on going success I feel confident that DF-144 is real based on the news releases issued by Arconenergy. This whole mess needs to be cleared up before Arconenergy can precede forward with the promising potential of DF-144. It is just a shame that this stock had to have been tarnished by Mr. Fisher and his affiliates to apparently bail themselves out of a previous failure that had nothing to do with Arconenergy.

I am sure some will be buying back shares in the open market to cover their you know what.

Alan
