Hershel, Thank you for the information. I agree that this is a good sign. I have been a shareholder in this company for a number of years and have continued to add to my position off and on during price dips. I am from Indiana, and I originally got interested in this company through an indirect association with a family that is a large shareholder. I was somewhat concerned during the August, 1997 secondary offering when I realized that this family had registered a portion of their shares for sale. They may not be considered "insiders", but with 5% or greater ownership, they may be privy to information that I am not. Anyway, it's good to see that true "insiders" are now on the buy side. Please keep me posted of future developments, and I'll try to do the same for you.
