Shorting question...... This is probably a _very_stupid_question_, but I've never heard a clear and concise answer. Is there a defined time limit before your broker can/will require you to cover? How long can you sit on a short sell when not "against the box"? ...I'm assuming there would not be a time limit if shorting against your own account.... Thanks for helping clarify this for me...
