for all those people out there who are considering purchasing sexi based off of glowing reports, albeit contradicted and unverifiable, from bill please keep in mind that soe has some serious legal issues that, imho, make any product they have null and void.
btw, i don't think they have anything that they can successfully market. it appears they have a difficult time even giving the things away.
back to the legal issues. i'm very close to selling my shares at a fairly big loss relative to my standard of living. remember, mr wax? he lost nearly one half of one MILLION dollars because of this piece of worthless organization.
after i sell and after this company books any substantial sales (and i don't think there are any - bill, doesn't refute that no "substantial" sales have been made, btw - nor do i think there will be any. who wants a lan with no wan desktop wan???? nobody, hence they can't give the thing away en masse.) i will aggressively seek to file a class action lawsuit against this company for twice their revenues. mr wax will definitely be notified, too.
this company flat out can't win the lawsuit. not even johnny cochran can win this dawg, imho. the judgment will be in the millions, imo. right off the bottom line, folks. a $10 million judgment (not including millions in attorney's fees) will nullify at least $100,000,000 in sales, folks.
this is the real risk... the risk that bill (who ever he is) won't discuss.
now, if i'm planning on suing this dawg the minute they become successful, and i didn't lose that much relative to many others, what do you think other people will do who lost $100ks or millions????????
somebody talked about no moral outrage. i am absolutely morally outraged at what appears to be a complete scam and those that espouse bs to hype it.
the product may very well be a non issue because it either doesn't exist or soe won't be able to afford the attorneys or the lawsuits. |
