Take a look back at a few of the current posts. SOMETIMES it is almost impossible to get a cancel acknowledged (15 minutes, a half hour, more). Have been there myself. And Murphy (Murphy's Law) is very alive and well at Datek, for me it always seems to happen on a quick moving stock when you need that quick cancel but it usually ends up costing you money.

You will find Datek is like a duck, customer problems and complaints roll off them like water. And don't bother trying to do anything by email, WHEN it gets answered, the reply is mailbot and generally is a stock answer that has nothing to do with your problem outlined in the email.
