Gretchen -- What I find most amusing is the deafening silence coming from those boat loaders! It's almost as loud as the sucking noise made by Alfacell's vaunted 'marketing' <sic> program. Made few calls recently to pulse the mood of investors. Gail and Tina are finally having some success... in reversing investor sentiment from apathetically disgusted to aggressively angry! Some are getting downright ugly again. Gooooooo TEAM!!! Also put in a call to Gail and have yet to get a response... same story that other's have gotten as well, I gather. I'm afraid I'm going to have to log on to my trading account before tomorrow and cancel my GTC Buy Order at $2.50. Who would have thought we'd see that price again??? My boats sinking under the weight of this worthless paper. On the bright side, anecdotal information (not from ACEL, obviously) on the Phase III trial results seems to be uniformly positive. No apparent show stoppers. Also heard that Conklin had taken a 'very active role in day to day operations'. In a way, I'm sorry to hear that, since if true, his efforts do not appear to be making any difference in the business as usual environment. Well, all for now. --John
