Jim,

Waterton just converted $10M into 1,315,788 common shares at a conversion price of $7.60. It will be interesting to see what happens, and how the guy(I forget his name) decides to sell it. If he can sell it right here, he gets a 14% profit, before commissions. Not bad for him.
