<<Wall Street suddenly
coughed in late trading Wednesday, as tobacco
stocks choked on news that a Florida jury ruled in
favor of the family of a man who died of cancer after
smoking for many years. >>

First, this was a ruling against BAT (British Tobacco maker of Lucky Strike, etc). Not sure if the same award would have been made against an American tobacco co, although maybe so. Just wonder if their attorneys were as sharp as those of MO and RN.

Second, the award will undoubtedly be appealed. MO and RN attorneys will also no doubt extend a "helping hand."

Third, think WS usually overdoes things when they get nervous or the uncertainty is high.

Fourth, I thought the ruling presented a great buying op. I bot alittle more MO and alot of RN at the former low. Think the div definately sweetened the buy for me. I'll hold some and maybe trade some.

Good luck to all.
