Zeev,
I appreciate your comments. However, there is a difference between fundamental and technical analysis. IMHO, GRNO is a fundamentals play which is news driven. TA, to me, is often nothing but a self-fulfilling prophecy as all of the chart watchers look for breakthroughs of psychological resistance to the up or downside. If you get enough people doing this you can pretty much predict when a stock will top and bottom out. That creates channeling (rolling stock technique). However, there is no doubt that the discipline indeeds makes people quite a bit of money if applied properly. However, on a thinly traded BB stock, the charts can be deceiving.
GRNO is a company that: 1.) does not believe in hyping the promotion of its stock through boiler room operations. 2.) believes in safeguarding and enlarging its shareholder equity through GENUINE news releases rather than "vaporious" claims. 3.) knows that the stock is coiling like a spring as certain smart money players continue their diligence. 4.) realizes that eventually the interest in the stock will overcome the artificial obstacles to its upward movement as its business posture continues to improve.
Mark is great at the TA stuff. I understand this. But people need to view GRNO as a company undergoing a resurrection in the making. It was basically defunct/bankrupt less than a year ago. Now they are predicting profitability, *at a minimum*, in the first quarter of 1997, maybe sooner. These types of companies, with proven technology, (as demonstrated by its tests between 1993-95), are news and earnings driven. I believe that we will see both elements combined in the near future.
Given the amount of news I expect during the next several weeks before recommencement of operations, I would advise everyone to put GRNO on there news watch list.
Again, thank you for your wonderful comments. I would appreciate any response you have to my assessment. I have an advantage that many of you don't. I have spent the past 5 months doing my research and diligence, as well as getting to know the personalities involved with this company. It is a unique position, but does not infer that I know "insider" info. Just that I have a better personal read on their integrity. (At least I hope I'm still a good judge of character. I need to be in my line of work... :0)
