Greg, you are the one that has a lot to learn.

'Buy ins' are not penalties. They are forced buys to cover short positions. The firm doing the buy in can buy stock at the current offer, they are not penalized.

A short squeeze is caused by shorts, whether forced to or not, buying stock faster than sellers are selling which causes the price to go up which causes more shorts to cover and so on. It is not some 'penalty' by the NASD for a buy in.

John Q. Public is the one that is going to learn a lesson with this stock. Open your eyes. If it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck ....
