They don't see a discrepancy. It was filed on June 9th electronically and they stand by their information that it will take 2-3 days for it to be posted. I said that I thought I saw filings posted the day they are received and I was told to call SEC. I went to the SEC website and found this: sec.gov "Please note that EDGAR filings are posted to this site 24 hours after the date of filing." Based on this, I assume we will see the 10Q posted sometime on Thursday. James P.S. I spoke with Dick who seems to be a better front-desk person than Barry has been at times, IMHO.
