I forgot to add the post script...Where are the proxies for the shareholder vote on your proposed slate of officers and directors. Tell your boys that we will demand a vote on a motion to adopt cumulative voting. Don't expect you to understand the concept since your expertise is in videoconferencing sales.

But run the idea up the ol' flagpole for us, and let us know what they think...

Tell the boys one more thing. Book a BIG room for the next annual meeting.
