Welcome Carlos and I am too excited about the recent developments for Novell. It has been a long patient wait but many things still need to happen for this to be a done deal. Doug Doan may have some more input regarding software and/or text materials which discuss 'Graham' and company valuation models. I can point you to two excellent sources I recently stumbled on.

First, is the link provided by SI in the front HOME page titled NEWS. Scan through WORTH ONLINE here is the link: worth.com

Search their magazine using the word "Graham" or "Novell".

I discovered some very interesting stock scans that were based on many of Graham's fundamentals. In fact I believe there was a two part series. I was seeing if Novell appeared in any of their studies....NOVELL never showed up (probably because of Novell's lousy growth rate over the last 18 months). This is a timely question because many of the companies in their list included those semiconductor equipment companies which had such an explosive ralley Friday.

The other area which has been mentioned on this thread is "The Value Point Analysis" located at eduvest.com

I suspect that a search of the net will show other sites too. Perhaps if anybody else has information to add, will post on this thread along with their NOVELL 'fair value' estimates.

Carlos, what makes this business so interesting is that their is no one exact model that determines 'exact' value. However, Grahm's approach is a good starting point. I think all of us value investors would agree to that.

Good luck with your investments
