I think you have misstated the PR:

"As part of the agreement, Pfizer will pay ChemTrak approximately $400,000 in quarterly installments over the next 18 months to develop the test. "

That's $400k Total. That's $400/6 = less than $70k per quarter.

Big exposure, little money.
