1. Did Midland acquire DF144 first or was it Dan Fisher? Well from my understanding John Spriggs found the DF-144 he had the contract and went to Dan to get the financing which apparently never fully developed. 2. Why would a highly placed (ex-)executive resort to quick buck, risky chicanery if he was convinced his product was indeed revolutionary and his company on the way to the pinnacle?
