You have to marvel at the positions taken by officials. TSE chair Barbara Stymiest is CFO of the Canadian brokerage house Nesbitt Burns. Nesbitt Burns securities analysts Egizio Bianchini and Peter Sklar issued enthusiastic buy recommendations on Bre-X and YBM, respectively, that public investors may not consider "constructive or helpful."
