icvi is fairly valued again at .50. you geniuses forgot to factor in that it should be a present value of the reserves that the company is valued at; minus the cost of extracting; adjust for the risk etc it will take many years to recover the "recoverable" hydocarbons. in fact, icvi is overvalued here. one more thing, who's the dumb MBA that did the analysis and piled in? way to go. maybe you need a PHD.
