My data is based on the company's own clinical trials, which I believe were shoddy from the outset. This is only my opinion, but apparently, the FDA seems to agree.

I also shorted the company based on its associations with crooked stock promoters and its odd licensing agreements which would effectively give a percentage of royalties to an underwriter.
