NEWS RELEASE

Rand CamTM Compressor

Reg Technologies, Inc. (Symbol RRE.V / OTC Bulletin Board REG RF) and its US subsidiary
company REGI U.S., Inc. (Symbol OTC Bulletin Board RGUS), wishes to announce that an agreement
with the Quincy Compressor Division, a Coltec Industries Company, has been completed to build a
low pressure compressor for medical applications. The complete unit must be oilless, and weigh less
than 15lbs and cost under $90.00 to build.

The Quincy Compressor Division has agreed to conduct performance and endurance tests on our Rand
CamTM Compressor design when REGI develops the prototype design for the low pressure
compressor. Based on the design satisfactory tests by Quincy, a first right of refusal for licensing will
be granted by REGI for Quincy to manufacture and distribute the said compressor.

There will be significant opportunities in the compressor and pump four billion-dollar US market
based on an efficient cost effective and reliable Rand CamTM Compressor design.
