I theory nothing else. The cable co's will add access switches at
the headend (the cable equivalent of the Central Office) and the
user modems sit in the users home. The main problems seem to caused
by noise in the user homes - splitters, etc.
So generally the infrastructure is there and ready (with the amp
changes).
