Blair, When someone has taken the time to file forms with the SEC, I take the opinion they have every intention of following through. MS filed with the intentions of selling stock in April and May of 1998. The report I saw placed a value on each at about $20,000 for a total of about $40,000. The above equals about $4,600 per week. I have no idea what type of life style MS must maintain; however, taking all things into consideration, I see nothing out of line with compensation of this type. ........-jp ps: I just checked back with the Yahoo board and did not see the "Insider" topic. (I also tried several other stocks and did not see it here either.) I don't know why it was there before, but I hope Yahoo continues to include this type of information on publicly held companies.
