Jim: nobody has sold shares. These were (correction) 144 registrations. They are filed quarterly. If they don't file these then they could not sell any shares even if they had to until the next quarter.

You are right it takes time, but they have no intention of selling shares at these levels (unless they had to cover living expenses).
The 144 is like an insurance policy to them.

Jim, none the less your points are well take.
You can probably confirm this in Edgar.
