Glenn, i saw that earlier, i don't know what
that really means yet. Could it mean that they have streamline there site better for the
public with their one click through service. It could mean alot of different things. Would
it be more relevant if Amzn was a portal site. Any ideas on that.

I must agree the ramifications of this are very difficult to determine. I would think that the added advertising by Barnes and Noble and the little by Borders would increase page views for Amazon. I would think people would want to compare the way the sites are layed out not to mention price although that could be done with a bot. The majority of people on the net are not that net savy as of yet.

I still think they have that 6 to 12 month edge over the competition. It will get interesting
over the next 2 to 3 qtrs.


I cannot argue with the lead. That is a fact. I am not certain that means too much. There is no loyalty in retail buying.
