It makes most sense to spin off since the Kidco stuff and SQ have been confusing people. They simply are two distinct identities...one has nothing to do with the other...one is entertainment and learning verticals and SQ has a technology for web creation and xml is the next gen of coding language. yeah, in a sense it was slowing things down by being together, because everyone is confusing what the individual core driving force is. Don't think they will "just get rid of it" they'll probably keep a piece...but if the offers from the right people are on the table, how can you say no? If they have "been in discussion with several companies" then getting an IB is weeding out the real from the exploring types. I think a deal is to be made soon.
