John HK is a very limited market. This is from recent bloomberg publication: 1 Access to the PRC telecomunication market. This remains the overriding issue for Cable & Wireless. A deal to sell a part of HKT in turn for improved access to the mainland's telecomunications market remains a distinkt possibility and a critical issue for restoring HKT's record of growth, profitability and prospects. I read it as that mainland China is an ultimate goal for owners of HKT. In view of that I do not see 1999 as a problem. Regards -Albert
