Innuendo is innuendo and it would smell as foul by any other name. I dare say that you have mollified your acerbic tone and backed off of some of your tirades and tantrums. I'm proud of you Offie.

The curious thing about facts is that you never state facts only rumor and innuendo. The facts are there for all to see. Production is up at Oilex. Expected to be above 500 barrels a day in 3 to 4 months as more 5th generation ORS swabbers are delivered.

The delay in the financials stemmed from the expected consolidation of operations between Caye and Oilex. Oilex was busy preparing information for Caye auditors as Oilex auditors were busy perusing the Caye financials.

The most recent share counts reflect the last of the convertible debentures. I had made a miscalculation the last time I said that dilution was over. I never think that dilution is a good thing but if a company can get a premium for their company's stock from another company then I think we can live with that. I expect Caye to give Oilex shareholders between $2 and $4 for every share of Oilex stock.

Caye has planned for a total dilution this year of about 5 to 7 million shares for acquisitions perhaps more. This should give Oilex shareholders a chance to recoup paper losses later this year. This would give a ratio of one Caye share to one Oilex share of 5:9 to 7:9.
